Our Mini Rex (Red Herd)
We plan on striving for the cleanest colored reds that have great type. We do not believe in BLACK vs. Chocolate based REDs. We want as little variation of color on the sides as possible. Reds are genetically Agouti, but they must appear as Self . The main goal for the reds is to get on a BOB level, we have some good stock, we just have to make it work.. This is our first variety, and it will always be our main variety. We have had many ups and downs with the reds, but it is truly a challenge we are willing to take on.

Senior Red Doe Dam: Outback's Red Lipstick (Red) Sire: Doyle's Ike (Red) Decent type on her. Wish she had more depth to balance out her width. Could use a tighter shoulder as well. Her fur is dynamite. Very nice fur for a red, brilliant color as well. She'll make a good brood doe. |

Senior Castor Doe Dam: Casablanca's Italy(Castor)(9 legs) Sire: Sprouse's MTN DEW(Castor) We have a long, sorted history. I've had her for close to two years and I have not yet personally seen for myself what she can produce. I will use her with bucks that lack the depth I like to see. |
